Agricon HortiConnect 2026 (the "Expo") is organised by Ethereal Corporate Network Pvt. Ltd. ("Organiser", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information you provide when you register as an exhibitor, sponsor or visitor; submit an enquiry or hosted-buyer application; subscribe to updates; or otherwise interact with our website, registration portal, on-site systems and partner platforms.

1. Information we collect

• Identity & contact data — name, designation, organisation, business address, country, phone, email, WhatsApp.
• Profile data — sourcing brief, business category, exhibitor product lines, visitor interests, GST or business-registration details where applicable.
• Transactional data — booth bookings, sponsorship purchases, hosted-buyer travel selections.
• Usage data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited, badge-scan events on the show floor, conference attendance.
• Marketing preferences — opt-in status for email, SMS, WhatsApp and partner communications.

2. How we use your information

• To process exhibitor, sponsor, hosted-buyer and visitor registrations and issue passes.
• To deliver matchmaking, scheduled meetings, conference invitations and on-site services.
• To share venue logistics, agenda updates, and operational notices before and during the expo.
• To verify business profiles, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable Indian laws and visa-letter requirements.
• For analytics, post-show reporting, and improving the next edition.
• For permission-based marketing about future editions and partner events you have opted in to.

3. Sharing of information

We share personal information with: (a) verified exhibitors when you book a meeting on their booth or scan a badge with their consent, (b) hospitality, travel and visa partners under the Hosted Buyer Programme, (c) payment gateways, CRM and analytics providers under contract, (d) statutory authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and remarketing. You can control cookies via your browser settings; some functionality may degrade if cookies are disabled.

5. Data retention

We retain registration and post-show data for up to 36 months after the closing of the relevant edition, or longer where required for tax, audit or legal purposes. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data; withdraw consent for marketing; or object to specific processing — by writing to bhola.mandal@mm-india.in. We respond within fifteen business days.

7. Security

Personal data is stored on secure servers with encryption, access controls, and audit logging. While we follow industry-standard safeguards, no internet transmission is fully secure; you share data at your own discretion.

For international visitors and exhibitors, data may be processed by partners outside India under contractual safeguards consistent with Indian data-protection law.
