Four Ways to Reach the Venue

By Air

Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is the main gateway — 45 km from the expo venue. 30+ direct international cities and all major Indian metros operate here.

By Rail

Yeshwanthpur Junction (YPR) is the closest rail head at roughly 22 km. Daily long-distance trains arrive from Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, and Kochi.

By Road

The venue sits on NH-44 / Tumkur Road. Self-drive, rental cabs, and intercity buses from all major South Indian cities connect directly to the venue gate.

By Metro

Namma Metro's Green Line reaches the western suburb close to the venue; share a short taxi for the final leg of around 10 kilometres.

Disembark at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 depending on your airline. Both terminals have clearly signposted immigration, baggage claim, and customs exits.

The e-Visa (Business) is the fastest option for most business travellers — fully online, three to five business day processing, valid for one year with multiple entries. Delegates attending conference sessions may require a Conference Visa, which needs four to six weeks for Ministry of External Affairs clearance.
