Why Trade Buyers Attend

Eight Reasons Serious Buyers Don't Miss This Edition

Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is engineered for buyer-side ROI — not footfall. Every exhibitor is screened, every zone is built around how sourcing decisions happen, and every visitor service exists to help you evaluate, compare, and close vendors faster.

Here are the eight reasons commercial growers, FPOs, export houses, consultants, and institutional procurement teams block these dates each year.

Eight Reasons Serious Buyers Don't Miss This Edition
Pre-Screened Exhibitors

300+ Verified Brands Across Eight Product Zones

No time-wasters on the floor. Every exhibitor is vetted for category fit and credibility before booth allocation — so your three days are spent evaluating solutions that actually match your sourcing brief. From established OEMs to emerging agritech, the floor is curated for sourcing depth, not padding.

Zoned Floor Plan

Eight Dedicated Zones. Zero Wasted Footsteps.

The floor is organised by how sourcing actually works — protected cultivation, irrigation & fertigation, seeds & planting material, agri-inputs, post-harvest, digital & agritech, drones, and finance & exports. Walk straight to your category, compare five vendors side-by-side, and skip the zones that don't apply to your farm or business.

Live Demos in Action

Full-Scale Setups You Can Walk Into and Evaluate

The demo ground hosts working polyhouses, hydroponic walls, fertigation loops, drone spraying runs, and pack-house lines — actually operating, not staged. Touch the equipment, ask operators hard questions, compare systems side-by-side under real conditions, and leave with a gut sense of which solution fits your site before a single sales call.

Conference Tracks

Policy, Technology, Markets — Signal You Can't Get Online

Three days of curated sessions from government policy makers, ICAR scientists, leading exporters, and growers running five-acre-plus operations. Scheme updates, export corridor outlooks, crop-wise economics, automation ROI case studies — the kind of signal that shapes buying decisions, filtered for decision-makers, not generalists.

Buyer-Seller Matchmaking

Scheduled 1:1 Meetings — Before You Arrive

Upload your sourcing brief during registration and our matchmaking team slots dedicated 1:1 meetings with matching exhibitors into your visit calendar. You walk in with a scheduled agenda — not hunting for badges. Hosted buyers get additional travel-and-stay perks under the programme.

Scheduled 1:1 Meetings — Before You Arrive

International Showcase

15+ Country Pavilions on Your Doorstep

Access suppliers and technology from the EU, Middle East, SE Asia, and Africa — without flying to an overseas trade fair. Compare Dutch greenhouse specs with Israeli irrigation against Indian-made alternatives in one afternoon. Source export-ready partners, evaluate imported inputs, and meet country-specific consulates and trade bodies on-site.

15+ Country Pavilions on Your Doorstep
Networking Lounges

Where Your Next Partner, Agronomist, or Investor Is Already Sitting

Dedicated lounges for growers, FPOs, export buyers, consultants, and investors — plus a dedicated start-up pavilion for agritech founders raising or partnering. This is where the side conversations happen: collaboration decisions, JV discussions, hiring leads, and the kind of industry networking that doesn't show up on the floor plan.

Complimentary Entry

Free 3-Day Access With Pre-Registration

Pre-registered trade visitors attend all three days complimentary — exhibition floor, conference auditorium, networking lounges, and demo stage included. Qualifying buyers may also receive travel and stay support through the Hosted Buyer Programme. On-site registration, where available, is chargeable and subject to credential approval.

Visitor Disclaimer

Visitor registration at Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is subject to business-profile verification by the organiser. Submission of a registration form does not, by itself, guarantee entry or a confirmed visitor pass. Passes are issued solely for trade-related purposes and are non-transferable.

Complimentary visitor access is extended only to pre-registered trade professionals — commercial growers, FPOs, export houses, consultants, distributors, researchers, institutional buyers, and industry representatives — with valid business credentials. On-site registration, where available, may carry a nominal fee and is subject to approval at the registration desk.

Minors, general public visitors without trade profile, and commercial photography / filming without prior written consent may be denied entry at the organiser's discretion. The expo floor is reserved for B2B engagement, and the organiser may restrict access to specific zones, conference sessions, or networking lounges based on credential class.

Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is organised by Ethereal Corporate Network. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or injury arising at the venue, in transit, or during conference and demo activities. Visitors are advised to secure their personal belongings at all times and arrange their own travel insurance where applicable.

Force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory restrictions, or venue unavailability — may result in rescheduling, relocation, or format changes to the expo. The organiser's liability in such cases is strictly limited to providing alternate access or timely communication.

Attendance at Agricon HortiConnect 2026 implies acceptance of the organiser's official terms, conditions, venue rules, and on-site safety protocols in full. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry, revoke passes, or escort out any visitor acting in violation of these conditions.

Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is a strictly B2B trade expo, so registration is open to trade professionals: commercial growers and greenhouse operators, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), export houses and organised-retail procurement teams, consultants and project developers, agri-finance and insurance firms, research institutes and ICAR-affiliated universities, state horticulture departments, agri-entrepreneurs, start-ups, and investors actively scouting deals. General public entry is not permitted; minors require prior organiser approval.

300+ exhibitors organised across eight dedicated zones: protected cultivation structures, irrigation and fertigation systems, seeds and planting material, agri-inputs and biologicals, post-harvest and cold chain, digital and agritech platforms, drones and precision farming, and finance and exports. Alongside the booths, a dedicated demo ground runs full-scale working setups, and a separate conference auditorium hosts three days of policy, technology, and grower-masterclass sessions curated for serious sourcing and capacity-planning decisions.

Yes. During registration, upload a short sourcing brief describing your categories of interest, current farm or business scale, and meeting priorities. Our matchmaking team then pairs your brief against pre-registered exhibitor profiles and drops dedicated 1:1 meeting slots into your visitor calendar before day one. Hosted Buyer Programme participants receive additional concierge support — including travel, stay, and on-ground assistance through all three days of the expo.

Beyond the booths, registered visitors can attend every conference session (policy outlook, technology forum, grower masterclasses, export track), walk through the dedicated demo ground, meet startup founders at the agritech pavilion, and use the category-specific networking lounges for growers, exporters, consultants, and investors. You also receive the official exhibitor directory, post-show digital resources, and a first-look invitation to the 2027 edition and related year-round regional meetups.
